Children's series concert: 30 minutes of music plus instrumental show-and-tell in a relaxed, informal setting, aimed at young children and families. Starts promptly at 3pm; bookings essential.
Featured instruments: the oboe and the bassoon — announced by the ensemble as "the reedy cousins of the musette", following the August children's concert. Precedes the "Distracted Minds" chamber concert the same afternoon.
Musicians: John Ma (violin, viola d'amore), Marie Searles (harpsichord).
